April 12 - Cheetah Sunset Safari Dinner & Tour - Fossil Rim Wildlife Center

Enjoy a delicious three course dinner in the glassed-in pavilion located at the Foothills Safari Camp, overlooking the main watering hole for the Wildlife Center. Listen to our own “Cheetah Lady”, Molly Hurst, speak about these graceful endangered animals and Fossil Rim’s effort for their conservation for future generations. Learn how your continued support ensures their survival. Then board an open-air vehicle to take a sunset tour of the Wildlife Center to see the animals as they reclaim the center. Cost: $90.00 per adult and $55.00 per child ages 3-11, excluding tax and gratuity. Includes a guided sunset tour in an open-air vehicle and a three course dinner. After a brief introduction to fossils, so that you will know what you’re looking for, we’ll head off to one of our fossil pits and dig in! You’ll be able to keep at least a couple of the fossils that you find. After the dig, we’ll take you on a guided tour through the Game Preserve, where the giraffes and zebras live. All ages welcome. Meets at the Eco Center. Cost is $20 per person. 10% discount for members. We will be hiking to and from the fossil pit area.
