  3. Photo Tour

    September 24, 2016, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM @ Fossil Rim Wildlife Center

    The Photography Tour lasts four hours and will let the photographer catch the dusk light, which is the best light possible for afternoon photos. The tours will go through Fossil Rim’s 1,800-acre pastures. These will be conducted at different times, depending on the month. Some months, the tours may be from 3-7 p.m. and other months the tours may be from 4-8 p.m., depending on when sunset arrives. There are 59 species of animals here at Fossil Rim. Some of the animals that may be photographed are white rhinoceros, blackbuck, European red deer, gemsbok, zebra, addax, waterbuck, giraffe, sable antelope, axis deer and dama gazelle, just to name a few. Reservations are required. Please call 254.897.2960 to make your reservation. Camera Club members can receive a 10-percent discount. Private tours are also available for an additional fee.

While similar style performances are closing around the country, The Promise keeps the faith as they head into a new season of performances. Based on Scripture and hailed as one of the most powerful stage experiences ever produced, The Promise spans the entire life of Jesus from the prophets who foretold His coming to His glorious Ascension in the clouds. The Promise brings a life-changing story, amazing special effects, stunning voices, and a moving experience of the heart that you will never forget. The Promise will touch the hearts and change the lives of audiences of all ages and denominations! The story of Jesus is timeless. But the season is not.
